About the project
We completely redesigned the event website for the collaboration Conference – with a clear information architecture, fast navigation and an agenda-first UI. In close coordination with the team, we restructured the internal processes for creating new events and program items: standardized content types (event, track, session, speaker), reusable templates and easy-to-understand input masks ensure consistent content and fewer queries.
We optimized the program – with clear lists, filters and detail pages so that visitors can quickly find the agenda, speakers and highlights. In the backend, we integrated automated processes (e.g. automatic links, list updates, validations) that bundle editorial steps and prevent errors.
The result: a modern, easy-to-maintain event site and a time saving of 60% when creating and maintaining the event and program. This allows the team to concentrate on the content, while the website reliably provides the framework.
