AI Management & E-learning Portal.

We were responsible for the complete web design for EasyKi – KI Management & E-Learning Portal. The focus was on clear information architecture, intuitive onboarding and course flows as well as a professional, light UI.

From low-fidelity wireframes to clickable prototypes to the final design system, we delivered consistent components, states and design tokens for typography, spacing and colors. We designed dashboards, course tiles, lesson players, assignments/quizzes, progress indicators, certificates and a performant search with filters.

For the AI area, we developed overviews for models & datasets, versioning, releases and activity logs. Accessibility basics (contrasts, keyboard usage, focus states) and responsive breakpoints are an integral part. The implementation was not carried out on WordPress, but was individually programmed by a partner.

We took on the handoff, specification (Figma specs), UI kit, QA criteria and support through to go-live. The result: a clear, scalable design that seamlessly combines learning and AI management.
