Custom WordPress CRM

Real estate CRM for your sales process.

We built a CRM inside WordPress for a real estate agency. Enquiries, selections, viewings and deals – in one workspace.

What we built

One workspace for the whole team.

  • Customer pipeline

Every enquiry gets a status and an agent.

  • Match score

Each property scored against the search profile.

  • Property selections

Sent by email or link in one click.

  • Customer page

Customers rate every property: good, okay or no.

  • Viewings calendar

Synced with Google Calendar – both ways.

  • Statistics

From enquiry to deal, per source.

How it fits together

Everything connected, in one place.

From first click to closed deal

Every channel feeds the CRM – and the CRM drives everything that follows.

  • Enquiry wizard
  • Property page
  • Wishlist
  • WhatsApp
  • Phone call

Customers

Every enquiry, one customer.

  1. From the website, a property page or the wishlist – with search profile and source.

  2. Same email or phone? Flagged – and merged without losing a single contact.

  3. No reply after 7 days, paused until a date, viewing without result – all in “Needs follow-up”.

Matching

The right properties, in seconds.

  1. Wishlist, enquiry wizard or a single property – what the customer chooses becomes the search profile.

  2. Each listing is scored against that profile: price, bedrooms, furnishing, market status.

  3. The selection lands on the customer’s own dashboard – the link goes out by email or WhatsApp.

Example data

Calendar

Viewings, synced with Google.

  1. One week, every agent in their colour. From 15 minutes to 4 hours.

  2. Every agent’s day side by side – before you book.

  3. Viewings appear on every phone. Moved or deleted there – updated in the CRM within minutes.

  4. Typed on a phone? Shown in grey – one click links it to a customer.

  5. Google only gets first name, agent and reference. No phone, no email.

FAQ

WordPress CRM: short answers.

Why not a standard CRM?

A standard CRM doesn’t know your listings. This one runs inside WordPress and matches customers to your own properties.

Where is the data stored?

In your WordPress database, on your hosting. Google Calendar only receives first name, agent and reference.

Do customers need an account?

No. They open their selection with a personal link. Only agents log in.

Only for real estate?

We built it for an agency. The same idea works wherever enquiries are matched to an offer.

What does it cost?

It depends on the functions you need. After a short call, you get an individual quote.

We look forward to your reply.

Tell us briefly how your team handles enquiries today. We’ll get back to you within one business day.
